Nurse Residency Program for GN's

Coming this summer .... CRMC has developed a Nurse Residency program that will provide a strong preceptorship and mentorship process to help prepare our new Graduates as they begin their nursing career.
This program will be a full 12 month program for both our Medical/Surgical units as well as our Telemetry Unit.
The program is slated to begin in July 2009, space will be limited - criteria must be met.... so GN's are encouraged to seek information pertaining to this new program in early spring (April 24th last day of applications) to ensure acceptance into the program.
